potent, surreal narrative of
the figure, John continues
to explore a play of texture
and mixed media. These are
dreamlike paintings of
figures and settings that
stage a mysterious drama in
the artist’s personal

“A Room to Preview” will
show new works that will be
in a catalog when our
gallery opens in the fall of
2007. In “A Room to
Remember” we are also
exhibiting selected
paintings from his past,
some that have not been seen
before.
